DIY Bling Bangles
OK. quick D.I.Y project!
I have been making these "Bling" bangles like crazy! These are so fun to make, and relatively inexpensive to make, these would be so fun to make for a birthday gift, or bridesmaid gifts (colors matching your wedding colors) You really could make any colored bangles you want, you could add buttons or beads instead of jewels. I love the look of these bracelets, they remind me of Bollywood and the bright fun colors used in their outfits. These are perfect for layering with other more muted bracelets, or layer a bunch of your bling bangles to dress up a look for a night out. The choice is yours... Here is how I made mine.
A variety of Jewels , different colors, shapes, finishes ect. (I used a few colors of AB rainbow gems)
(I also used some sequins from Magzoolum Beads) their AB./ Iris colors 10mm
A few metal bangles (any size really) must be flat and large enough to cover with gems
e6000 glue (or any STRONG craft glue)
OK. VERY EASY, All you need to do, is decide how you want the jewels to be arranged, lay them out. Next tape your bangle to your table and slowly glue each gem on (be sure to use alot of glue, press them down hard, and wipe up any glue that spills over.) Let them dry over night, then wear the next day!
